This class begins with basic energy balancing techniques, then adds in breath-work and a combination of standing and floor poses to work on increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class ends with meditation to quiet the mind and improve your health and sense of well-being. Please bring a yoga mat, block, strap, towel and water. Drop-in fee $10 per person per class. Chair assistance designed to provide support and enhance stability during the practice. Our exercises are low impact and easy to follow.
