Explore the arts this Summer! Our Creativity Camp helps children find their inner artist in a safe, educational and fun environment. Each weekly themed program offers exciting techniques and hands on demonstrations to inspire your child’s imagination! Children can experience the creative processes of pottery, mixed media, drawing, painting and gallery exhibition practices in the Creativity Camps! The Cape Coral Art Center provides all the necessary supplies. The camp will include a focus on lyrical, jazz, ballet, and acrobatic genres. There will also be one “fun day” and a small performance at the end of the week open to family and friends. Dance camp is open to all skill levels; no dance experience is necessary. This exciting summer camp focuses on fascinating local species, including gopher tortoises, black racer snakes, furry raccoons, armadillos, and the Florida bonneted bat. Campers will learn the important roles these animals play in the ecosystem through fun, hands-on activities. Whether you’re into team sports, outdoor adventures, or just having a blast while staying healthy, we’ve got something for everyone. We’re all about sports, recreation, awesome trips, and keeping campers fit and active. $ 150 per week; $ 125 week of July 4* (*No camp on July 3) Camps will be held Monday-Friday, 6:45am-4:30pm
Our Summer Beach Volleyball Camp of fers skill development, drills, conditioning, and fun competitive games. Campers will improve serving, passing, setting, and hit ting while building teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship in a positive, energet ic beach environment led by experienced coaches. Breakfast is not provided. Partic ipants are required to wear proper attire (shoes, socks, or barefoot is acceptable for beach volleyball) hats and sunglasses are optional. Youth Center Summer Camp (5-14 yrs) Location: William “Bill” Austen Youth Center Campers will enjoy guest speakers, indoor and outdoor recre ational activities, field trips, arts and crafts, and more! Partici pants are required to wear proper foot attire (closed toe sneak ers). Camp is open to participants 5-14 years old (entering 8th grade). Camp registration opens Monday, April 6th at 5am online. Please register early. Space is extremely limited. Bring sunscreen, closed toe shoes, and a good attitude. It’s called a Skunk Ape in Florida, Yeti in the Himalayas, Sasquatch in British Columbia. In this camp experience, we will teach children how to have fun at camp in Bigfoot’s back yard. Topics will include meeting Bigfoot’s local wildlife and Cryptid friends, learning about tree and plant ID, environmental games, crafts, and hikes filled with tips and tricks on how to track the reigning hide-and-seek champion…Bigfoot! (Must be 5 and have completed kindergarten) $ 50 per week • Camps will be held Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm. Pick-up is no later than 12:00pm. Children will enjoy bird watching, science experiments, fitness fun, and more! (Must be 5 and have completed kindergarten) $ 50 per week • Camps will be held Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm. Drop-off is at 9:00am. Pick-up is no later than 12:00pm.
Cancellations must be requested in writing seven (7) or more days prior to the start date to receive a credit or refund. Refund requests made after camp begins, due to medical conditions, life-altering situations, etc. will result in a pro-rated credit or refund based upon the number of days attended. Each request will be reviewed on an individual basis.
