Trunk or Treat October Location: City Hall This free Halloween event offers a safe environment to come together and celebrate the start of the holiday season, including candy giveaways (while supplies last), interactive inflatables, a trackless train, a drone show, and a Halloween costume contest on the front lawn of City Hall.
